摘要
图书馆是高校学风建设的重要组成部分。图书流通与教学活动的关系是一种双向度、互存互动向前发展的关系。大学图书馆促进学风建设的客观依据是由图书馆的学术性、教育性。
The library is an important part of the construction of studying atmosphere in institutions of higher learning. The relation of the circulation of books and teaching activities is one mutually motivated and developing side by side, the bases of which are its characteristics of learning, education, and service.
