摘要
商事登记法律制度是商法的重要组成部分。如果从本质意义上理解，中国自汉代就有商事登记的规定，以后历代均有类似规定，但若与西欧国家商事登记法律制度的产生发展相比，这些规定多只具有商事登记法律制度的外部特征，而缺失近现代商事登记法律制度以商业为本的精神，直至清末，才有了与近现代意义商事登记同质的规定。
The legal system of commercial registration is the important part of commercial law. Studying its history and evolution has momentous theoretical value and practical significance. Comprehending in the essential sense, the stipulations of commercial registration appeared in Han Dynasty, and have been in existence throughout later dynasties. But compared with the emergence and development of commercial registration in the western countries, the stipulations in ancient China only have surface features. Up to the end of Qing Dynasty, China has homogenous commercial registration stipulations in modern sense.
