摘要
股指期货在平抑股市价格波动、促进股市健康发展和刺激经济增长方面有着极其重要的作用。随着我国股市规模的日益扩大和机构投资者数量的不断增长 ,投资者要求规避风险的要求越发迫切 ,在适当时机推出股指期货既有现实意义 ,也具备了初步条件。但要想充分实现股指期货的经济效应 ,还必须对股市进行制度创新 。
Stock index futures play an important role in reducing stock price volatility,promoting the steady growth of stock market and the economy.Along with the development of the stock market of our country,more and more institutional investors enter the market,common investors have stronger request to avoid risk,so it is a proper time to introduce stock index futures under proper conditions.Moreover,the preliminary conditions needed have been provided.However,in order to fully realize the economic effects of stock index futures,system innovation is inevitable.At the same time,emphasis must be put on effective regulation.
