摘要
本文讨论了企业信息化的基本概念和加速推进的必然性。从信息化的组织建设、信息基础设施、信息化系统的应用等三个方面入手 ,在国内首次提出了全面评估一个企业信息化程度的指标体系。对该指标的讨论可以为企业进行综合评价、结构性诊断、突破瓶颈、加快信息化建设 ,从而增强企业的竞争力提供依据。
The basic concept, necessity and inevitability of enterprise's informationization were discussed in the paper.Then some level indicators used in evaluation of the degree of enterprise's informationization were for the first time studied.The results of the study can help enterprises to make a structural diagnosis, solve the bottleneck of informationization, accelerate the realization of informationization and strengthen the enterprise's advantage competition.
