摘要
本文介绍了纳米科学和纳米技术在未来发展的一些领域和方向,包括基础科学,纳米电子学和计算机信息技术,功能和智能材料,复合材料,纳米结构材料,生物工程技术,航空和航天技术,环境保护和新能源材料和国防建设等,并简短地讨论了纳米技术产业化问题。
This article introduces the key research fields and developing directions in nanotechnology, which include basic research, nanoelectronics and information technology, functional and smart materials, composite materials, nanostruc-tured materials, bioengineering, aerospace and aeronautics, environmental protection, new energy source materials, and national security. The commercialization of nanotechnology is also addressed briefly. It is concluded that the current nanotechnology is still at an early stage and largely remains in fundamental research. A large-scale industrialization is the ultimate goal, and a long term and persistent research and investment are the key to the future success.
