摘要
本文介绍了中国科学院 1999年试行法定代表人年薪制的实践过程 ,主要涉及年薪制的定位、年薪的确定与管理行为评价。同时 ,本文从年薪制的目的、年薪制的对象以及激励形式等几个方面 。
This paper introduced the pilot Yearly Salary Project for presidents of institutes in CAS in 1999, specially highlighting on what the orientation of the project is, how salary is calculated and how the behavior of the presidents is evaluated. Further, the paper discussed some problems of the pilot project in the related processes such as purpose, the subjects and the long term incentive of the project.
