摘要 目的 建立HPLC法测定滴鼻灵中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ,0 .0 1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾 (KH2 PO4 ) -甲醇 -磷酸 (48∶5 2∶0 .4)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 40nm。结果 地塞米松磷酸钠在 1.2 6~ 10 .0 8μg·ml-1(r=0 .9999)范围内线性关系良好 ;平均回收率为 99.16 % ,RSD为 0 .6 5 % (n =6 )。结论 本方法快速、准确 。 Aim To establish a method using HPLC for the determination of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate content in Nasal Drops.Methods The assay was conducted on a LUNA-C 18 (2)(150mm×4.60mm,5μm) column with 0.01mol·L -1 Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate(KH 2PO 4)-methonal-phosphoric acid (48∶52∶0.4) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results The calibration curve is linear in the range of 1.26~10.08μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 9) for Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate. The average recovery was 99.16% with RSD=0.65%(n=6). Conclusion The HPLC method is quick and accurate which may be used for the determination of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in Nasal Drops.
