摘要
采用多媒体技术 ,在计算机网络上进行护理训练 ,为在职教育开辟了一条崭新的途径。作者阐述了护理训练计算机网络的环境要求 ,围绕临床护理进行网上训练的内容 ,利用网络视频技术、电子阅览室、护理网页、手术室监听与监视和对讲录像系统进行网上训练的方法 ,并就网上训练提高训练质量的层次性、针对性、科学性、实用性等方面 ,谈了几点体会 ,阐述了网上训练的发展前景。
To open up a new way for on-the-job education, multimedia techniques were used and nursing training was carried out on the network. Environmental requirements of computer network for nursing training were elaborated. To meet the need of contents of clinical exercises on network, network video technique, electronic library, nursing home page were used and auditing, monitoring and session video system of operation room were practised on network. Gradations, aims, scientific character, practicability and the prospects of the network nursing training were pointed out.
