摘要
将一台配用TP86—A单板机的CZ—450齿轮整体误差测量仪改用PC机,研制了采集信号的硬件接口和软件,并开发了一套处理软件,使仪器的功能从原来测量齿轮7项误差增加到11项,并增加了频谱分析和数字滤波的功能。
In this paper,the CZ-450 gear integrated error measuring instrument incorporated with a TP86-A mono-plate processor is improved substituting PC computer for mono-plate processor,an interface for collecting error signal have been made,and a set of processing software have been developed,by which the function of the easuring instrument is increased.
