齿轮机床传动链误差的工件诊断法

摘要 应用齿轮精度理论、现代谱分析技术和误差分离技术,提出通过测量机床所加工的齿轮来诊断机床的传动链误差(工件诊断法)。给出了由机床、刀具和工件系统中各个误差源所产生的齿轮加工误差的数学表达式,阐述了工件诊断法的原理。 In this paper, by applying the accuracy theory of gears, the modern spectral analysis technique and the error separating technique, the transmission error of a gear generating machine can be diagnosed by measuring the workpiece cut on this machine.This method consists in measuring the transmission error of a gear being generated with a single composite error gear tester, from which the error signal exported is imported into a microcomputer, then the transmission error of the machine, its frequency components and corresponding amplitude values are obtained by data processing and error separating. The equation for gear machining errors, which are caused by the individual error sources in the system of gear generating machine, cutting tool and workpieee, are given. The mathematical principle of the diagnosing method with workpiece is described. At the end of this paper, it is proved that the diagnosing method is practicable with a diagnosing exampie.
