摘要
本文就波尔山羊胚胎数量、质量与受体移植妊娠率的关系进行了探讨。结果表明:胚胎质量优劣是直接影响胚胎移植成功率的关键因素。移植胚胎数量因品种不同有差异。移植双胚,奶山羊受体胚胎成羔率53.4%,明显高于成都麻羊胚胎成羔率36.3%。成都麻羊单胚成羔率为66.7%。
We studied relation of recipients pregnant rate and embryos transfer quantity and quality in Boer goat.The results indicated that embryos quality a important factor of effect embryos transfer pregnant rate.The pregnant rate of embryos transfer was different on the goat variety.Transfer two embryos to one recipient,pregnant rate of dairy goat and Ma goat recipients was53.4%(63/118)and36.3%(45/124)separately.Pregnant rate of one embryo transfer to Ma goat recipient was66.7%.
