摘要
从气的生成和运行 ,血的生成和统摄 ,津液的化生和输布 ,以及内脏位置的恒定等方面 ,系统论述脾主升清所发挥的重要作用 ,同时指出脾气升清还能调节全身脏腑经络、形体官窍、四肢百骸的功能 ,对临床实践有积极的指导意义。
The effect of the spleen being in charge of sending up essential substance was discussed from four aspects:the formation and transformation of qi,the production and circulation of blood,the derivation and distribution of body fluid,and the steady of zang-fu-organs Meanwhile,the functions of the spleen is also closely related to the channel and collateral,configuration and constitution of the body,and limbs and skeleton.
