摘要
近 10年来 ,经皮给药的促透方法和技术发展迅速 ,有关药剂学、物理学、化学的方法和技术的研究都很深入。新方法和新技术的应用 ,使经皮给药系统成为越来越多药物的首选剂型。本文总结和评价能改善经皮给药系统性能的新方法和新技术 。
Methods and techniques to enhance permeability of transdermal drug delivery system(TDDs) have developed promptly in recent ten years. Pharmaceutical,physical and chemical ones have thoroughly been studied. With utilities of new methods and techniques, TDDs were elected as the first dosage form in many drugs. In this article, these new methods and technologies concerning TDDs were summarized and evaluated.
