摘要
用毛细管电泳分离手性药物时 ,实验设计及其优化对提高分离效率以及节省分析时间有着重要意义。
Experimental design and optimization have been widely used in enantiomer separation with capillary electrophoresis.It really makes CE cost and time saving. In this paper, the models and the methods of development in experimental design were reviewed.
