摘要
目的 :为准确测定水杨酸软膏的含量。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定软膏中水杨酸的含量 ,测定波长为 2 96± 1nm。结果 :水杨酸的平均回收率为 10 0 .6 % ,RSD为 0 .6 0 % ,线性范围 12 .5～ 2 5 .0 μg/ m l,r=0 .9998。结论 :本方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强 。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of Salicylic acid in Ointment accurately. METHOD:The sclicylie aciol content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 296±1nm wavelengths.RESULTS:The average recovery for salicylic acid was 100.6%,RSD=0.60%,the linear range was 12.5～2.0μg/ml,r=0.9998.CONCLUSION:The method was simple,rapid,accurate and specific,It is a good method for the determination of salicylic acid in ointment.
