摘要 运动试验（ＥＴ）作为一项非创伤性检查手段在儿科主要应用于心律失常及部分先天性心脏病，应用于室性心律失常及长Ｑ－Ｔ间期综合征。ＥＴ能够评价心律失常的良恶性、指导治疗及评价运动风险；ＥＴ对先天性心脏病的研究主要是协助判断心脏手术前后的心功能状态、预后评定及心律失常的检出。ＥＴ具有极低的并发症，但是，由于ＥＴ方案不统一，使得对结果的解释尚有一定的局限性。
