摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定细胞内的依托泊苷浓度 ,为研究细胞内抗药性提供测试手段。方法 :观察在不同浓度的粉防己碱、维拉帕米作用下 ,肿瘤细胞内依托泊苷浓度的变化。结果 :在加入不同浓度的粉防己碱、维拉帕米后 ,肿瘤细胞K56 2 内依托泊苷浓度有显著性提高。结论
Objective:To establish HPLC for the assay of intracellular concentration of etoposide. Methods:After adding different concentrations of different calcium channel blocking agents, the intracellular content of etoposide concentration was examined. Results:The concentration of etoposide significantly increased in k 562 cells after adding the calcium channel blocking agents. Conclusion: The calcium channel blocking agents can significantly enhance the anti tumor action of etoposide.
