摘要
用 DTA方法研究了 Ti C/ Ni Cr Mo Al Ti金属陶瓷复合材料体系烧结过程 ,结果表明 :温度升高到 5 90~ 6 6 5℃ ,Al与 Ni发生反应 ,生成 Ni Al3,Ni2 Al3,Ni Al和 Ni3Al,继续升温到体系出现液相时 ,除 Ni Al外的其它产物均以[Al]和 [Ni]形式溶于液相中 ,在随后冷却阶段 ,在粘结相基体中沉淀析出金属间化合物 Ni3Al。该金属陶瓷体系真空烧结液相出现温度约为 1330℃。
WT5BZ]The sintering process of TiC/NiCrMoAlTi cermet is studied by DTA It is found that the compounds of Ni 3Al,Ni 2Al 3,NiAl and Ni 3Al are formed at 590℃~665℃ by the reaction of Ni and Al, and then, the liquid phase emerges with the increasing of temperature to 1400℃, and the compounds, except for NiAl, are dissolved in the form of [Ni] and [Al], the intermetallics are formed during the cooling process in NiCr phase The liquid phase was formed at about 1330℃
