摘要
采用激光加热基座生长法 (LHPG)生长单晶光纤 ,研究晶体源棒的熔球大小、籽晶点入深度与熔区长度、生长速度、生长质量的关系及控制技术 。
Molten zone controlling technique was used in the single crystal fiber growth by means of LHPG. It is found that, by carefully controlling the melting sphere of the source rod and the inserting depth of the seed, the good crystal fiber can be grown readily. The theoretical analysis and experimental results were presented.
