原位反应TiC_P/1Cr18Ni9复合材料的抗氧化性能研究 被引量:1

Oxidation resistance of TiC particulate reinforced 1Cr18Ni9 matrix composites prepared by in-situ reaction

摘要 采用熔体原位合成法制备了TiCP/ 1Cr18Ni9钢基复合材料 ,研究了基体合金及复合材料在 85 0℃和95 0℃的抗氧化性能 .结果表明 :与基体合金相比 ,由于TiCP 颗粒的引入 ,复合材料在氧化初期具有短路扩散效应 ,稳定阶段其氧化动力学曲线符合对数增长规律 。 TiC reinforced 1Cr18Ni9 steel matrix composites have been prepared by in situ reaction during melting process. The oxidation resistance of the matrix and composites at temperatures of 850 ℃and 950 ℃ has been investigated. The results showed that, compared to 1Cr18Ni9 matrix, the short path diffussional effect is caused by TiC phase at the initial oxidizing stage, the curves for oxidizing kinetics of comoposite agree with the law of logarithmic growth. The composite has an ideal structure of oxide film and excellent oxidation resistance.
