摘要
利用锦标模型分析存在网络外部性的市场中 ,拥有用户安装基础优势的在位企业与以技术创新为导向的进入企业的 R& D竞争行为 ,发现在位企业在 R& D竞争失败后兼并创新成功的进入企业的行为将对企业的 R& D竞争产生一定的影响。在兼并情况下 ,进入企业比在位企业更易赢得 R&
With the tournament model, the paper analyzes the R&D competitive behavior of the incumbent firm, who has advantage on installed base, and the entrant, who aims at innovation, in the market which network externality exist. The result shows that the possibility, that the incumbent firm acquires the entrant, who wins the R&D race, should have influence on the R&D race. The entrant can win the R&D race more possibly than the incumbent firm in acquisition case.
