摘要
对中国电力工业发展和电力产业结构调整的思路进行探讨。分析我国电力工业现状和存在的主要问题,从电力增长、电源结构和布局、投资结构及电力体制5个方面分析中国电力产业结构调整的重点和目标。着重论述“全国联网、西电东送、南北互供”是实现中国电力产业战略性结构调整的重大举措。
The thinking of development and restructuring of China Power Industry is investigated,and the present status and existing main problems are analyzed.The focal points and targets of restructuring of China Power Industry are analyzed from the power growth,power source structure and setup,investment structure and power management system etc.five angles.Special stress is laid on expounding:'nationwide interconnection,sending power from west to east,mutual supply between south and north'is an impor-tant action to realize the strategic restructuring of China Power Industry.
