摘要
利用FormasterFTM - 4型膨胀仪对Fe - 17Mn - 5Si - 10Cr - 5Ni合金的形状恢复特性进行了分析 ,测得了恢复应变随加热温度变化的连续曲线 .结果表明 ,合金在加热恢复前后 ,其热线性膨胀系数基本不变 ;合金发生ε→γ马氏体逆相变的起始温度As和预变形量无关 ,而终止温度Af 随预变形量的增加而升高 ;试样在恢复过程中 ,前期和后期恢复较慢 ,中期恢复较快 ;合金的形状恢复率随预变形量的增大而降低 ;但最大可恢复应变出现在预变形量为 5
The shape recovery characteristics in a Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni shape memory alloy were studied using Formaster FTM-4 dilatometer. The continuous curves of strain recovery with heating temperature were accuratel plotted. The results show that for the fore and aft recovery of pre strained specimens, the expansion coefficient of alloy is nearly the same. The ε→γ reverse martensitc transformation starting temperature As was independent of pre strain and the finishing temperature Af was increased with increasing pre strain. In process of recovery, the specimen recovers slowly at earlier and later stages, but in the middle stage the specimen recovers fast. The recovery ratio reduces with increasing pre strain and the maximum recovery strain is obtained when pre strain is about 5%.
