摘要
结合微差爆破作用原理和岩巷掘进爆破的特点 ,建立了不同类别炮眼间合理微差延迟间隔时间的理论计算结构模型。现场工程实践表明 ,采用合理的段间延迟起爆时间 ,岩石碎块抛掷作用大大降低 ,炮眼利用率提高 8%~ 10 % ,碎块抛掷距离减少约 40 % ,块度均匀 ,爆堆集中 ,装岩效率提高约 2 5 %。
Combining the differential blasting principle and the characteristics of the blasting in rock drifting,a theoretical calculation structural model is established for the rational delay time between blast holes of different classes.The in situ engineering practice has shown that,by applying a rational blast delay time,the throwing effect of rock fragments can be greately reduced,the blast hole utilization ratio improved by 8%~ 10% and the throwing distance of rock fragments reduced by about 40%.With uniform rock fragments and concentrated piles,the loading efficiency can been improved by about 25%.
