摘要
提出了一种新型的视频字符叠加器的设计方案,即采用RS-485总线方式,以微机作为控制平台,实现视频图像中任意字符的叠加,该方案已应用在多媒体监视系统上。
This paper offers a new plan that uses a computer as a control center to add any character on video signals by RS-485bus,and this plan has been used in multimedia surveillance system.
