摘要
目的 对四肢战创伤所致血管伤的显微外科治疗效果进行分析比较。方法 1 979年 3月～2 0 0 1年 6月收治血管火器伤和一般血管创伤 670例 ,应用显微外科治疗。结果 经积极救治后 ,痊愈 61 3例 ,功能障碍 2 5例 ,截肢 2 1例 ,死亡 1 1例。结论 大部分四肢战创伤所致血管伤的显微外科治疗效果良好。
Objective To analyse the efficacy of treatment of blood vessels wounded with firearm in limbs by microsurgical technique.?Methods From March 1979 to June 2001,670 cases of firearm blood vessel wounds and other trauma in limbs were repaired by microsurgical technique.?Results Six hundreds and thirteen cases recovered,23 cases with functional debilities,21 cases with limbs amputated,and 11 cases died.?Conclusion The majority of firearm blood vessel wounds in limbs can be repaired by microsurgical technique.
