摘要
为了解复元散对激素性股骨头坏死骨内微量元素的影响 ,将 40只成年雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为复元散组、模型组、对照组 ,经臀部注射醋酸氢化泼尼松建立股骨头骨细胞坏死模型 ,每隔 2周分别进行股骨头内微量元素含量测定 ,以及组织学和放射学观察。结果模型组铜、铁、锶、镁元素含量明显低于复元散组和对照组 ,而锌、锰元素含量各组无显著性差异 ,股骨头的病理变化和放射学改变亦较复元散组和对照组重。认为复元散是通过影响股骨头骨内微量元素的变化 ,改善骨的生化代谢 ,促进病骨的修复的 ,说明复元散在改善激素性股骨头坏死而存在的骨质疏松方面作用可靠 ,这可能是复元散防治激素性股骨头坏死机制之一。
Objective: To study the effect of Fuyuansan on trace elements of steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head. Methods: Forty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into Fuyuansan group, model group, control group. Hydroprednisone acetate was intragluteally injected to induce models of Femoral Head Necrosis. The bone trace elements, histopathology and X ray observation were tested every two weeks. Results: It showed that the quantity of Cu, Fe, Sr, and Mg elements in model group were significantly lower than those in Fuyuansan group and control group, while the quantity of Zn, Mn elements showed no significant difference. The histopathological and X ray changes of femoral head in model group were more severe than those in Fuyuansan group and control group. Conclusions: Fuyuansan can improve bone biochemistry metabolism and regeneration by effecting trace elements change of femoral head. It indicates Fuyuansan has evident effect on improving osteoporosis in femoral head necrosis, which was one of mechanism of Fuyuansan's premention and treatment effect on femoral head necrosis
