摘要
为从生物化学方面探讨带蒂骨膜瓣移植修复关节软骨缺损的可行性 ,在兔右股骨内侧髁部造成软骨缺损 ,实验组用带蒂骨膜瓣 ,对照组用游离骨膜移植修补。 2周后测定两种再生软骨及正常纤维软骨、透明软骨中氨基己糖及 18种主要氨基酸的含量。结果显示 ,带蒂骨膜瓣再生软骨与正常透明软骨的生化组成近似 ,而游离骨膜再生软骨与正常透明软骨有较大差异。表明带蒂骨膜瓣再生软骨的质量优于游离骨膜 。
To study the feasibility of pedicle periosteal graft to repair articular cartilage defect through biochemical analysis, a cartilage defect was created in the medical femoral condylus of rabbit on right side. In the treated group a pedicle periosteal flap was transplanted to the defect. In the control group the defect was repaired with free periosteal graft. The content set hexosamine and 18 kinds of mainly amino acid of two kinds of newly formed cartilage, normal hyaline cartilage and fibrocartilage were measured 12 weeks after operation. It was found that the biochemical composition of come from the newly formed cartilage come from free periosteal graft was similar to normal cartilage. The biochemical composition of free periosteum's newly formed tissue was significantly different to normal cartilage. It was confirmed that pedicle periosteal flap was feasible repairing articular cartilage defect and superior to that of free periosteal graft.
