摘要
目的 :探讨镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗不能耐受手术的高危前列腺增生症患者。方法 :回顾性分析2 6例镍钛记忆合金网状支架置入治疗不能耐受手术患者的临床资料。结果 :2 6例患者术后均能立即排尿 ,随访 4～ 1 8个月 ,最大尿流率由术前 ( 1 .85± 2 .80 ) ml/s增至 ( 1 0 .1 6± 2 .2 3) ml/s,残余尿由术前 ( 70～ 4 0 0 )ml减至 5 0 ml以下 ,无明显的并发症。结论
Objective:To evaluate the use of the urethral net like stent made of nickel titanium shape memory alloy in the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia in high risk.Methods:Twenty six cases with prostatic hyperplasia in high risk treated by implantation of the urethral net like stent made of nickel titanium shape memory alloy were reviewed.Results:All 26 cases could micturate right away after treatment,and were followed up for 4 8 months.MFR increased from (1 85±2 80)ml/s to (10 16±2 23) ml/s and residual urine deccreased from 70 400 ml to less than 50 ml.Conclusion:The implantation of the urethral net like stand made of nickel titanium shape memory alloy was a good method by which the patients in high risk who did not fit for operation could be treated.
