摘要
目的 :寻求翼管神经切断术的最佳术式 ,提高血管运动性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法 :回顾性分析经口腔翼管神经切断术治疗血管运动性鼻炎 2 2例病人的资料。结果 :术中寻找翼管顺利 ,翼管神经切断彻底 ,仅 1例左侧未找到翼管。 2 2例平均随访 5 2 .6个月 ,有效率为 90 .9%。结论 :经口腔翼管神经切断术治疗血管运动性鼻炎具有效果肯定、损伤轻、操作简便、一个切口施行两侧手术等优点。
Objective:To investigate the best mothod of Vidian neurotomy.Mothods:Twenty two cases of vasomotor rhinitis were treated with transpalatine Vidian neurotomy.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 80 months(average 52 6 months) postoperatively.The effective rate of this technique was 90 9%.Frequent complications of the operation were palatonumbness and eye dryness.Conclusion:Transpalatine Vidian neurotomy is a good mothod for treatment of vasomotor rhinitis.
