黄芩甙是中药黄芩的主要成分,其具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒,凉血止血的作用。在双黄连粉针中,黄芩甙是主要活性成分,本文介绍了采用高效液相色谱法测定不同类型黄芩甙的含量,对于产品质量控制有重要作用。
Baicalin is mainly the motile constituent of Radix Scuteuariae. it has the role of clearing away heat and promoting Diuresis, Cooling blood and clearing away toxic material. Purg- ing fire pathogen and so on. Baicalin is the topic Constituent in the injection 'shuang Huanglian'. The composition intruduced the determined percentages of different kinds of Baicalin with the use' of HLPC. it provided important role in Controlling quality.
