摘要
在高等教育大众化的强劲浪潮的冲击下 ,我国许多高校迷失了办学方向 ,不能正确地定位。本文通过对一些发达国家高等学校的分析 ,提出大众化阶段的高等学校可分为精英型大学、大众型大学和精英—大众并存型大学 ,并且各种类型大学有着自己鲜明的特征。因此 ,我国的高等学校在大众化进程中应该确定自己学校的类型 ,找准自己的位置 。
With the rapid expansion of higher education, some universities in China lose their way in institute management and cannot orient appropriately By analyzing the universities in developed countries, the author puts forward that universities in the mass stage should be classsified as elite university, mass university and elite-mass coexistent university Each type has its vivid characteristics Therefore,universities in China should ascertain their types and orientation,and give priority to the characteristics during the mass higher education period
