摘要
研究了新生态MnO2 对碱法麦草浆造纸黑液的COD和色度的去除效果及其主要影响因素 ,并探讨了MnO2 的作用机理。试验结果表明 ,新生态MnO2 是准球形颗粒 ,平均粒径为2 5 0nm ;pH值是影响COD和色度去除率的最主要因素 ,当 pH≤ 1.5时才有明显的COD和色度去除效果 ,并且对色度去除率远高于对COD的去除率 ;升高温度、增加新生态MnO2 投量有利于提高对黑液的处理效果。据初步推断 ,新生态MnO2 主要是通过界面吸附作用来去除黑液中的木质素。
Study was made on the efficiency of Nascent MnO 2 in removal of COD and color of black liquor form alkaline straw papermaking.Its main affecting factors and mechanism were also discussed. The results Showed that the nascent MnO 2is of quasi spherical particle with mean size of 250 nm;pH is the main factor affecting COD and color removal.At pH≤1.5,obvious removal efficiency is observed ofr COD and color,and color removal rate is much higher than COD .Rising temperature and increased nascent MnO 2 dosage is beneficial to improving the black liquor treatment efficiency. According to the preliminary inference,the lignin is removed from black liquor by means of the interface adsorption on nascent MnO 2.
