摘要
Analyzed in the article are the problems to be settled urgently in implementing the new cement standard and the ISO strength testing method and also raised are the measures such as those to regulate material proportioning, to intensify clinker burning and to change the grinding process so that the gap between the two methods of ISO and GB can be narrowed and the actual quality in kind of cement raised.
