摘要
简述了质量管理体系有效性的具体表征和评价方法,以及影响质量管理体系运行有效性的因素,提出了提高质量管理体系运行有效性的途径。
In this paper,the specific characteristics and valuation methods of quality management system effectiveness,and factors which have influence on the running of quality mnagement system are described.Then,the way to improve running effectiveness of quality management system is proposed.
