摘要
通过对丝光原理的简述，对常用几种丝光机的对比介绍开发的一种短流程，适应各种纺织品种，能够真正做到透芯丝光的直辊打卷丝光机，经工艺佐证，对织物尺寸稳定、上染率、蓬松厚实的手感皆有明显的提高、改善，且浓碱、水电汽消耗大大降低，符合环保节能清洁生产要求，经济效益可观。
A batching and chainless mercerizer for shortened process which can effect core mercerization is developed on the basis of elucidation of mercerizing principle and comparison among mercerizers. Experiments indicate that this mercerizer has improved fabric dimensional stability,dye up-take and handle. It is also energy saving and ecologically acceptable.
