论述国外发动机油低温性能包括低温启动性和低温泵送性能测定方法的发展概况 ,并简要介绍国内相关标准的发展情况。
The foreign development status of determination method of engine oil low temperature performance is described,including low temperature startability and low temperature pumpability.Also,the developments of domestic relative standards are briefly presented.
