摘要
根据对光滚筒单层卷绕系统及多层卷绕系统钢绳进出滚筒偏角所做的几何分析,得出钢绳允许偏角受限制的条件,并推导出光滚筒单层卷绕系统快绳偏离绳圈方向的允许偏角γ1和快绳偏向绳圈方向的允许偏角γ2的计算公式和结果。分析表明,钢绳进出滚筒允许偏角主要受滚筒直径与钢绳直径比值(即卷绕比)的影响,比值越大,允许偏角越小;光滚筒单层卷绕系统中,γ2>γ1,多层卷绕系统钢绳为典型的双向偏斜,其允许偏角取决于γ1。
In the coiling of the wireline on a drum, there exists a certain deviation angle, i.e. the angle between the wireline axle and the vertical surface of the drum shaft, and this angle shouldn't be too large. This article works out the equations for calculating the allowable angle of the fast line leaving or closing the bight(shown as γ1 andγ2 in figure 1 in the article). Analysis shows that, the deviation angle of the wireline is mainly influenced by the ratio of the diameters of the drum and the wireline, and the larger the ratio, the smaller the allowable angle; in the single-layer coiling system, γ2>γ1i; the deviation of the wireline in the multi-layer coiling system is typical bi-directional deviation, and the allowable deviation angle depends onγ1.
