镇海炼化—杭州康桥成品油管道一期工程 ,是华东地区第一条管径最大的成品油输送管道 ,本文报道了该管道工程站间清管扫线、试压的施工过程。具体介绍了清管扫线方案的确定、技术要求、施工所需的主要设备以及清管扫线、试压的方法步骤。
Zhenhai Refinery Kangqiao in Hangzhou city product oil main is a first large diameter product oil transmission pipeline in east China. The paper reported the pigging, purging & hydro testing method between stations for this pipeline. The pigging, purging & hydro testing program, specifications, main equipments & operation procedure ete. were introduced in this paper. After inspecting by supervisor & owner, the cleaning result is in accordance with requirment that the pipeline is put into production.
