摘要
加入世界贸易组织 ,将对我国房地产投资的供给与需求在数量上和结构上产生多方面的影响。面对加入 WTO对房地产业带来的机遇和挑战 ,我们应健全房地产投资法规 ,鼓励和引导房地产业的兼并联合 ,不断加大人力资本投资和对物业管理的投入。
With entry into WTO, China's real estate investment shall have been impacted in many aspects on the supply and demand in quantity and structure. In view of the opportunities and challenges for real estate industry caused by entry into WTO, the regulations of real estate industry should be perfected, M&A of the industry should be stimulated and directed, the input of human resources and real estate management to the industry should be increased.
