摘要
首先用系统的联系的观点对城市文化建设进行了必要的界定 ,提出了在广义背景下的狭义文化建设的定义。然后针对城市文化系统的整体性、开放性、动态性、以及自组织的特征 ,运用系统科学的理论 ,进行了详细的论述 。
Firstly the definition of culture was defined with systematic method.Then,according to the openness,integrity and coordination of the system of construction of urban culture,the contents of the culture construction were analysed with the theory of system science,and some constructive suggestions were put forward for application.
