摘要
目的探讨腹股沟疝手术后复发原因以及预防方法。方法对 423例腹股沟疝术后复发 31例的复发原因进行回顾性分析。结果术后复发率为 7. 32％，复发原因与年龄有直接关系，随年龄增长复发率逐渐增高，术式选择不当、操作方法不够正确是复发的主要原因，双侧疝及嵌顿性疝较单侧疝容易复发，过早负重亦是复发原因之一。结论年龄、术式选择、操作方法、嵌顿与否均与腹股沟疝复发有关，并针对复发原因提出防治方法。
Objective： To evaluate prophulaxis and analysis of recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods:Looking back about operation of inguinal hernia,I analysed the 423 patients who ever had got inguinal hernia and were operated,there are 31 patients by being operated,there some of them have an attack of an old illness.Results:After operating,there are patients of 7.32％ to relapse.Cause of relapse has directly concerned with the age.For one reason,relapsion increases,as one's age grows,seconed,it doesn't choose the way of right operation,or the mothod is not proper. Sometimes it is easy to relapse in pairs herian than single one.At the cametime it is early and under patients to relapse,too.Conclusions:Inguinal hernias relapse,who concern all with ages.choosing way of operation,or opproach.It is important to prevent if first in.
