导管射频消融快速型心律失常对心室肌复极离散度的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨导管射频消融术 (RFCA)对心室肌复极离散度的影响。方法 :测量 6 0例快速型心律失常患者RFCA术前、术后的QTd、QTcd、JTd、JTcd。结果 :快速型心律失常患者RFCA术前、术后QTd、QTcd、JTd、JTcd略有延长但无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,房侧消融组和室侧消融组术前、术后QTd、QTcd、JTd、JTcd均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 Objective: This study was to investigate the influence of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) on QT and JT dispersions in patients with tachyarrhythmia. Method: QT dispersions?corrected QT dispersions? JT dispersions and corrected JT dispersions were measured in 60 patients with tachyarrhymia before and after RFCA.Result: QT dispersions?corrected QT?JT dispersions and corrected JT dispersions had no significant difference before and after RFCA in patients with tachyarrhythmia (P>0.05). Conclusion: RFCA may not effect the dispersion of venticular repolarization in patients with tachyarrhythmia.
