摘要
6种标题物在 5 0 0mg/kg浓度下对水稻的成活、根长和根鲜重具有促进活性作用 ,对茎长、地上部鲜重有抑制活性的作用 ,其活性与取代基的电子效应和结构参数 ,诸如化合物的σ参数、前线分子轨道能级。
With concentration of 500 mg/kg,six compounds had strong stimulatory effects on surviving , the length of root ,the fresh weight of root, and inhibitory effects on the length of stem , the tops fresh weight of rice. The correlation between their activities and electronic effect and structure parameters of substituent such as σparameter , energy of front line molecule orbit, average charge of 3 Cl atoms, bond length and bond order of CN bonds of amide radical in these compounds were studied . The calculation indicated that every relative capability is very good.
