摘要
目的 了解贵州省高校大学生心理健康状况及影响因素。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法 ,自贵州省不同高校不同专业抽取约 5 %的在校大学生 2 3 2 9名 ,自填SCL - 90精神症状自述量表和心理卫生影响因素问卷。结果 本研究对象各项指标均高于全国常模 (P <0 0 5 ) ,达到轻度及以上者有 2 8 0 8% ,中度及以上者3 3 5 %。主要表现为强迫、人际敏感、偏执、抑郁等症状。主要影响因素为 :自我健康判断、学习专业、学习年级、学生来源、学习压力、失恋经历、经济来源等。结论 贵州省高校大学生的心理健康状况不佳 ,影响因素涉及生物性、心理性、社会性。因此 ,对该人群开展心理健康教育势在必行 ,而且应该多层次从学校、家庭。
Objective To understand the mental health status of college students and the affecting factors,and find scientific basis for mental health care for this group of populace.Methods Using stratified-cluster sampling method,2319 college students,which was 5% of the total college students of different disciplines with different colleges/universities in Guizhou province,were chosen to complete SCL-90 Mental Symptoms Table and Questionnaires of Factors Affecting Mental Health.Results All indexes of the subjects studied were higher than those in normal national model(P<0 05).28.08% of the total subjects studied fell into the category of having mild and above level psychological problems,3 35% intermediate and above level psychological problems.The major symptoms were obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid and depression etc.The major affecting factors were self-evaluation of mental health,disciplines,grade,source of students,school background,academic pressure,disappointing love experience and financial problems.Conclusion The mental health status of Guizhou province is not good,biological,psychological and social factors are among the affecting factors.Therefore,it is imperative to start mental health education in this populace and provide mental health care via school,family and society channels.
