摘要
目的 分析复杂眼球穿孔伤的临床疗效。方法 对６８例７０眼复杂眼球穿孔伤进行了手术修复和治疗，并进行了６月～３年的随访。结果 有６２眼保住了眼球，其中３３眼视力有不同程度恢复，无一例发生交感性眼炎。结论 复杂眼球穿孔伤，尽管手术后视力恢复不理想，但经过正确地修复和适时地联合手术治疗，能为伤眼保存眼球并部分恢复视力提供机会。
Objective To analyse the clinical efficacy of complex perforating injuries of eyeball. Methods The surgery was performed in 68 cases. The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 3 years. Results 62 eyes were reconstruct and the visual acuity of 33 eye improved. No case of the sympathetic ophthalmia was found. Conclusion The proper repair of the wound and timely combimed surgery for complex perforating eye may give a chance to reconstruct and the visual function was resored.
