摘要
目的 了解白内障手术不同切口与术后视力的关系。方法 对白内障囊外摘出１０ｍｍ长巩膜隧道切口、超声乳化６ｍｍ长反眉状切口共９７眼于术后两个不同时期进行视力和角膜散光测定并比较。结果 超声乳化６ｍｍ长反眉状切口于术后１周、１月的角膜散光明显低于囊外摘出组（Ｐ＜０．０５）且视力明显高于后者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 超声乳化反眉状６ｍｍ长隧道切口能早期提高术后视力及控制角膜散光。
Objective To research the relationship between different incisions and vision in cataract surgery. Methods The vision and corneal astig- matism in 97 eyes received extracapsular cataract extraction with 10mm tunnel incision and phacoemulsification with 6mm frown - shaped inci- sion were examined and compared at two post - operative periods. Re- sults The corneal astigmatism in phacoemulsification group was signify- cantly less (P < 0 . 05) and the corrected visual visual acuity was much better( P < 0. 05) than that of extracapsular catract extraction group at postoprative 1 week and I month . Conclusion Phacoemulsification with 6mm width tunnel incision can effectively improve the vision and cut down the degree of corned astigmatism in the early post - operative stage.
