摘要
利用压电陶瓷 ( PZT)的电致伸缩效应 ,我们报道了一种全光纤马赫 -曾德尔干涉仪 ( MZI)电压传感器 ,对直流电压传感特性进行了实验研究 .采用波长定标法 ,在消除环境干扰的情况下 ,当直流电压在 -58~ 58V范围内变化时 ,波长改变了 3 .86nm,调谐灵敏度为 0 .0 3 3 nm/ V,线性拟合度为 0 .
A direct current voltage sensor based on all fiber Mach Zehnder interferometer is demonstrated, Which utilizes electrostriction effect of Piezoelectric Transducer. The character of voltage sensing is studied experimentally. Adopting the wavelength scale method, in the case of elimination of environmental perturbation, the wavelength changing range is 3.86 nm when the voltage changes from -58 V to 58 V. The tuning sensitivity and the linear fitting are 0.033 nm/V and 0.998 5, respectively.
