摘要
在对激光器采用电压调制的情况下进行了 Cs原子 D2 线中 6S1/ 2 ( F=4)→ 6P3 / 2 ( F′=5 )电子跃迁反射光谱的二次、四次和六次谐波探测 ,并通过数值分析得到了低压气体在谐波探测下调制展宽与调制系数的关系 ,实验结果与理论分析吻合较好。结果表明 ,选取合适的调制度及高次谐波有利于提高信号的分辨率。
We get 2f?4f and 6f harmonic signals about the ref lection spectroscopy of 6S 1/2 (F=4)→6P 3/2 (F ′=5)transition of t he cesium D 2 line using the voltage modulation in the experiment.By use of the numerical analysis,we also get the relationships of the modulation index and mo dulation broaden with high-harmonic detection.The experimental results are in f airly agreement with theoretical analysis.The conclusion shows that harmonic det ection can get narrower line width than that of direct absorption.
