摘要
采用磷酸三丁酯 (TBP) 氢化煤油萃取铀、过氧化氢掩蔽钛、磷酸氢二铵沉淀锆的方法 ,用ICP AES法同时测定了锆存在时铀中的铁、锰、铜、硅、铝、镍、和钛 7种杂质元素的含量。当测定范围在 1 0 μg/g~ 1 0 0 0 μg/g时 ,相对标准偏差<9.0 % ,回收率为 96%~ 1 0 9%
Seven impurity elements such as Fe,Mn,Si,Cu,Al,Ni and Ti in prepared zirconium bearing uranium metal samples were determinated by ICP AES. The sample was treated succesivelly by tributyl phosphate(TBP) to extract uranium, by (NH 4) 2HPO 4 to precipitate zirconium, and by H 2O 2 to mask Ti. The suitable range for the determination is from 10 μg/g to 1000 μg/g with RSD of less than 9 0% and recovery of 96% to 109%.
